BEFORE YOU BRING IT

A bike.
A few details.
We’ll start there.

LOCAL AREA

Headingley, Burley
& Kirkstall, Leeds

For everyday journeys across north-west Leeds.

Bring the whole picture.

  • Your bicycle

For brake, gear or service work, bring the whole bike. For a simple tube job, a loose wheel can be enough.

  • What you’ve noticed

When it happens, which gear or wheel, and any recent knock or repair. A short description is plenty.

  • The little essentials

Wheel-lock key, any parts you want considered, and the battery key for an e-bike. Remove bags and loose accessories.

Everyday bikes fit here.

Commuters, hybrids, road bikes and simple mountain bikes. Mechanical work on e-bikes by agreement.

Motor or battery faults, suspension servicing and frame repairs need a specialist. Hydraulic brakes and unusual parts need an assessment first.

No surprise
extra work.

Check

Look at the bike and confirm what the job actually needs.

Agree

Set the labour, parts and likely timing with you before starting.

Repair

If something else turns up, pause and agree the change first.
