Cut order and piece identities

    A bounded beam search tries four part orders. A complete result is a feasible plan, not a guaranteed global optimum. An unplaced part that fits an original sheet may indicate a search miss or insufficient quantity. Direct dimension/grain failures are reported separately.

    Allow for damaged edges, clamping and machine limits yourself. The planner includes blade width, but has no model of defects, trimming allowance or tool clearance. All inputs and exports stay in this browser.
