How to use the table
Lay out your own text. Give each sentence a job: an anchor is the promise you will protect; a turn changes direction; a question creates a useful pressure; a release is permitted to leave. Move lines only after naming their job. The card records your choices and exact repeated words across active lines; it is a revision plan, not a verdict.
